    Con-Air, a leading air filtration product manufacturer, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to focus on eCommerce sales for all Filtration Group products, sold across a variety of retail, etail and distribution channels. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the creative thought leader, partnering with internal partners and external agencies to develop, build, implement and manage captivating campaigns across our digital landscape. You will play a major role in helping to scale performance in retail / etail channels, wholly-owned sites (airfiltersdelivered.com, canopyair.com, factorydirectfilters.com) and marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Walmart etc.) by driving consumer engagement, acquisition and retention strategies. 


    • Planning and executing strategy to scale key digital channels through data-driven decision making
    • Identifying target audiences and developing creative digital campaigns to engage new and existing customers
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide feedback to further grow and optimize acquisition and retention programs
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Identify trends and valuate emerging technologies. Provide leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
    • Overseeing and closely monitoring the digital marketing budget, ensuring the budget is effectively managed as we scale our programs
    • Experience and aptitude to manage external agency partners and budgets

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum – A Bachelor's degree, with specific training / experience in related field
    • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally with a retail and/or ecommerce focus
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape with a strong creative angle
    • Experience managing and leading Paid Search, SEO, Email, Ad Display, On-Site and Off-Site Re-Marketing, Customer Segmentation, Content marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social
    • Experience with web analytics (e.g., Adobe Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.)
    • Experience with A/B Testing Software (VWO, Optimizely, etc)
    • Demonstrated knowledge of key metrics for effective ROI analysis
    • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
    • Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Strong passion for testing, data and metrics and belief in discovering insights in data
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills - use and analyze data to inform media strategies and optimizations
    • Demonstrated leadership & strategic skills
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills; organized with ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly and to tight deadlines
    • Self-starter
    • Strong/proven collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
