    Purafil, a Filtration Group, is in search of an experienced, results oriented Product Launch Manager to join our Marketing team in our Doraville, GA location. The Product Launch Manager will be responsible for developing initial opportunity value for new product (ideas), build out business cases to support gate reviews, and manage product launch efforts for newly commercialized products.  This role requires strong formal and informal leadership skills to manage several processes involving other functions.


    As part of the product launch requirements the candidate will create and execute against a holistic launch plan to ensure a successful global market launch for new product capabilities, enable country rollouts, and conduct end to end experience reviews; lead the cross-functional global team, provide strategic and tactical expertise; be responsible for horizontal and executive communications, as well as senior-level presentations.


    A key attribute is an ability to excel in providing world class customer service and reflect our core values in a positive manner.  The Product Launch Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and Strategy. 


    • Conduct market and customer research, and other associated analyses
    • Build business plans and financial models for stage/gate review of new project opportunities, cultivate internal consensus and secure organizational support for new and ongoing projects
    • Analysis of competitive products, including an understanding of IP, patent, and technology protection
    • Develop Launch strategy: define scope, detailed timing, post launch monitoring (KPI’s); align internal support
    • Drive and disseminate Launch framework and discipline across the organization
    • Understand needs and requirements for global rollouts in close partnership with our regional partners and team
    • Build credibility with business partners; viewed as go-to-person for Launch
    • Support the development of Product Literature and collateral materials
    • Assist in internal training using various platforms to support multiple sales channels

    • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Project, and/or Excel
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
    • Travel Percentage: 10 – 25%

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or similar
    • 3+ years’ B2B experience in a similar role
    • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset/experience.
    • Collaborative, proactive, business-minded approach.
