Provides human resources generalist support for a specific operating unit or facility. Administers HR plant requirements, including staffing, employee relations, safety, workers’ compensation, wage and hour matters, benefits, training and record retention. Coordinates priorities and workflow with division or facility manager. Ensures compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines. Supports corporate and plant HR needs, as necessary.
