    Purafil, a Filtration Group is a dynamic growing company focused on the manufacture of various products designed to improve the quality of air, water and industrial processes.  We are looking for an experienced, energetic and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our team at the Purafil location (Doraville, GA). This is not your typical customer service or data entry role.  As the CCR, your essential responsibilities will be data entry of sales purchase orders, assisting the regional sales team with quotes and communicating with the representatives on order status. The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, able to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills when information is vague or ambiguous.  Attention to detail is paramount.  The CCR will report to the Director of Customer Solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
    • Provide pricing, availability, quotation, and order processing to customers and channel partners.
    • Interpret contract PO’s and specifications accurately to assist internal departments with projects.
    • Handle incoming calls, web and email queries for sales and pre-sales non-technical questions.
    • Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
    • Calculate and confirm commission pay outs to channel partners.
    • Review quote activity and initiate follow up when needed.
    • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
    • Handle client complaints, concerns, and feedback.
    • Support sales and marketing managers as necessary regarding sales activities.
    • Ensure accuracy through good communication and continuous follow up. 

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • 1 to 5 Years’ experience in B2B field sales or inside sales preferred.
    • Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
    • Experience in HVAC is preferred.
    • Experience in chemical or filtration industry a plus.

    Core Competencies

    • Must be detail oriented.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing/office environment.
    • Strong communication skills via telephone and email required.
    • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
    • Exhibits a positive and can-do attitude.
    • Excellent listening ability required for effective sales communication.
    • Bilingual skills are a plus.

    Physical Demands of Position

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

     

    Work Environment

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions as an Inside Sales representative.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to industrial environments that can be hot, have fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment can be moderate but may occasionally be considered high.
