  • Overview

    Filtration Group, a leading industrial filtration manufacturer, is seeking a Packer to inspect and pack finished filters in designated cartons according to customer specifications. You will also be responsible for repairing assembled filters, as needed, and performing operations efficiently, effectively and safely, with minimal supervision. 


    Packout Start-up (approximately 5 minutes):

    • Turn on label printer
    • Set program number on label printer to match size and brand of product being run
    • Verify conveyors are on
    • Verify that heat table is turned on
    • Reset counters
    • Turn tape machine on

    Production Operation:

    • Verify labels are made for each run
    • Verify / retrieve cartons for each run
    • Take completed pallets to wrapper
    • Inspect filter quality
    • Repair filters as required
    • Back-Up ROBOT Operator while they are splicing pleat media
    • If ROBOT Operator is involved with clearing an error condition on the ROBOT
    • Load / splice pleat media
    • Refill all glue tanks

    Production Shut-down (approximately 15 minutes):

    • Clean work area and assist with cleaning Robots and Pleater
    • Empty trash cans
    • Notify other operators if you leave the work area.
    • Perform all duties safely and with quality standards in mind.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned

     Skills & Experience:

    • Able to speak, read and write in English highly desired.
    • 2 years of Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
    • Able to work overtime as needed.
    • Able to stand to perform tasks for prolonged periods of time.
