    Filtration Group, one of the leading filtration product manufacturers in the world, is seeking a QAD/EDI Business Analyst who will provide business and QAD ERP system expertise ensuring the needs of the business are being met and be a valued member of our support team.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide first-line support for QAD/EDI system which includes 1) Leading new customer implementations on EDI, 2) Verify automatic processing of all inbound and outbound EDI documents throughout the day and 3) Serving as primary liaison between Filtration Group and ERP vendor
    • Provide QAD ERP support for multiple sites in the U.S., Canada & Europe
    • Assist with QAD system security (e.g. new user setup, deactivation, etc.)
    • Support bar code data collection system including handheld scanners, printers and network access points
    • Assist with new site implementations and ERP or subsystem rollouts
    • Assist with QAD and related system software upgrades
    • Writing operating procedures and training end-users as needed
    • Travel as-needed to support implementations and upgrades
    • Perform special projects or other duties as required

     

    Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of experience supporting EDI in an integrated multi-site/multi-business ERP system required
    • 3+ years of ERP experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment required; QAD ERP preferred
    • 1+ year of EDI trading partner setup and field level mapping experiance
    • 1+ year of utilizing EDI transaction sets specifically 850, 855, 856 & 810
    • Working knowledge of relational databases (preferably Progress and SQL Server)
    • ERP system process knowledge – order entry & order fulfillment
    • Progress 4GL programming experience a plus
    • Bar code data collection experience a plus
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-motivated
    • Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Experience in working with dispersed teams
