The Electrical Controls Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the equipment and facilities essential for producing high-quality products. This position involves working on short and long-term productivity improvement projects, analyzing equipment, conducting root cause analysis, and assisting in the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The technician will also troubleshoot and repair automation machines and sensing technologies, including PLCs, Motion Controls, Drives, Panel View, Ignition, Wonderware, and advanced sensing and scanning solutions. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing operational reliability through Preventative Maintenance (PM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
